Agreement between Group Properties and Emarat Misr to establish an integrated community in Borouge

Emarat Misr signed an agreement with Capital Group Properties, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Al Ain Real Estate Company, to set up a fully integrated service and service station in Al Borouj, along the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammed Jumaa Sharaf, General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the company, and Eng. Amjad Hassanein, Deputy CEO, Mr. Ahmed Fathallah, Executive Vice President and Eng. Ahmed Fathi, Head of Development.

Emarat Misr has signed a memorandum of understanding with Mountain view (DMG) Dar El Memar Group to establish three integrated service stations in its projects in New Cairo, October City and North Coast. The agreement has been signed as Emarat Misr has proved the of concept of designing and establishing its integrated and standardized service stations in Egypt . The Service Stations are designed and accomplished with the latest advanced technology to offer special services and products through convenient stores, restaurants and outlets holding international trade marks worldwide.
